In May 2023, we collaborated with Sharon and Courtney from GANNI New York and London to create training videos for the “GANNI Retail Training” series. These videos offer guidance for new colleagues, focusing on the practical aspects of effective floorwork in the context of fashion retail and guidelines on how employees should engage with customers.
